Iowa State's first full-time recycling coordinator started earlier this summer and has ambitious plans. Ayodeji Oluwalana hopes to make recycling the default way of disposing refuse on campus as part of a new initiative to eventually keep nearly all ISU waste out of the landfill.

Baldwin named assistant VP in student affairs

Erin Baldwin, director of the Thielen Student Health Center, will become assistant vice president for student health and wellness on Aug. 8 after serving as interim since 2017. The position was created as part of leadership structure changes in the student affairs division.
