Responsibilities, reporting lines could change for some staff
Proposed models to improve service delivery in finance and human resources are being shared broadly this month, including town hall meetings next week. New specialist roles, revised position descriptions and collaborative reporting relationships between central and unit-level staff are among the proposed changes. Feedback and questions will help shape a final recommendation due to President Wendy Wintersteen in November.
