Campus services crews' efforts to mow campus lawns have been curtailed by a very wet week.
The long lines of students bearing hiring paperwork in Beardshear Hall in August should be getting shorter. Moving to the Workday business platform this summer will streamline onboarding and managing hourly student employees.
Also on the docket when the board meets next week at the Alumni Center: Allocation of a new state appropriation and plans for research/teaching facilities at two university farms.
Art works, antiques and other items will be on sale May 31 and June 1 in the Scheman Building. Proceeds from the unique sale will benefit university museums' permanent collection.
