Facilities planning and management will install a low-cost, environmentally friendly device to make Lake LaVerne less attractive to Canada geese. The birds (and their mess) ruffle the resident swans' feathers and contribute to the lake's water quality issues.

ISU leaders continue FLSA discussions, decisions

University administrators continue to work out details regarding the upcoming overtime changes to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). 

ISU will seek differential tuition for five more programs

If approved by the state Board of Regents in December, the proposed higher rates would apply to juniors, seniors and graduate students in animal science, biology, computer science, industrial design and natural resource ecology and management.
