University human resources (UHR), in collaboration with the ISUCard office, has added the option for incoming employees to submit a photo for their university ID card online and streamline the onboarding experience.
New hires who complete their photo submission at least two business days before their onboarding appointment will be able to pick up their ISUCard at the Employment and Benefits Center in the Warren Madden Building immediately after completing their Form I-9 process. Questions may be directed to the Employment and Benefits Center.
To ensure timely processing, employees must complete their photo submission through the online portal and follow the ISUCard photo guidelines, which include requirements for background, lighting and facial visibility. In-person services are available at the card services office, 0530 Beardshear, for those who prefer to take a photo on campus.
Current employees needing a replacement ID card still need to go to the card services office in Beardshear Hall. Replacement ID cards are $25.
