Male employee at counter talks to female clerk next to balloon bouquet

(Pictured) University human resources student employee Nikki Jordan (seated) assists student employee Charles Hayes Tuesday morning, the first day of operation for the new ISU Employment and Benefits Center in the Warren Madden Building on the north side of campus.

Renovated space in the Madden Building presented the opportunity to cluster many of the services and units that employees, student employees, graduate assistants and retirees use for their initial appointment, hiring and retirement transactions in an accessible location. In addition to the benefits team and employment service center, the payroll and procurement teams returned last month, and parking services will staff a satellite office there.

ISU WellBeing will host a special walk to the Madden Building on Tuesday, Sept. 16; meet at noon near the front steps of Beardshear Hall. The first 50 participants receive an Adventure2 lunch bag and all participants earn 50 points in Adventure2. No registration is required.
