For the first time in almost a decade, the Air Force ROTC Cadet Change of Command Ceremony and Spring Pass in Review Parade, held April 19 in the Forker Building gymnasium, was open to the campus community.
The event marks the official transfer of command from the outgoing to the incoming cadet wing commander, who is the top senior-level cadet charged with ensuring the training, mentoring and operations of the Air Force ROTC detachments.
