Demolition crews return March 11. The southwest quadrant of the lots will be completed by mid-August. With favorable weather, a majority of the north lot work also could be completed prior to the fall semester.

Before new investments are made, university leaders will consider several budget planning factors, including opportunities for faculty and staff salary increases, health care costs paid by the university and appropriations decisions by the Iowa Legislature this spring.
