Twenty-five employees from across the university have received the Professional and Scientific (P&S) Council's CYtation Award for their outstanding work and contributions during calendar year 2025.
The 17 individuals and three teams were honored at a ceremony on March 24. Council president Jennifer Schroeder, president-elect Christine Reinders and awards committee chair Kate Garretson presented the awards. The CYtation awards recognize P&S employees, particularly those who might not otherwise receive public recognition, who go above and beyond the call of duty, do something extraordinarily well or generally act in such a way as to make a real difference in the university. Added this year to individual and team awards and the Woodin CYtation Award is a new award, Outstanding P&S Supervisor.
CYtation nominations open in October and close around Dec. 1 each fall. Individual awards recognize an achievement within the last two years, and team nominations recognize achievement within the last year.
