In transitioning the Inside Iowa State website to the university theme, we've also modified how it functions. Think of it less as a publication, more as an internal news source. Instead of a complete replacement of content every Thursday, we'll post stories, announcements and happenings -- retirements, appointments, external awards -- as they're ready throughout the week. We'll still send our Thursday morning email, Inside Update, to invite you to read what we've added in the last week.
We also added several online forms to make it easier for readers to submit:
- Announcements for a faculty/staff or student audience (or both)
- Retirements and farewells, with or without a public reception
- Faculty and staff awards or honors from an external group
