Rec Services offers free trial for new ISU employees
Beginning May 1, new Iowa State employees will be offered a free, seven-day all-access trial to the Recreation Services facilities and programs in their welcome letters. Recreation services and human resource services (HRS) are partnering on the initiative.
"We're excited to collaborate with HRS on this employee wellness initiative," said Michael Giles, rec services director. "The trial period will give new faculty and staff a hands-on look at the improvements to our facilities and programs following extensive renovations and expansion."
Recreation services fees for non-student users also have been set for 2012-13. One- and three-month payroll deduction options still are available for fall and spring passes, and a new six-month option will be added for annual pass purchases next fall. Facilities, hours and locker rental information is available on the rec services website.
